Name: Names need to follow the general form set down by the books. As a result, no cats with things like "rocket" or "metal" or "dagger" in their names will be accepted.
Explanation: Give an explanation for why your cat was named this.
Gender: Tom or she-cat
Age: In moons, please. 12 moons=1 year
Clan: CliffClan, BrushClan, WaveClan, GrassClan
Rank: Leader, Deputy, Medicine Cat, Warrior, Apprentice, Queen, Elder, Kit

VISUAL

Build: Skinny, lanky, bulky? Be brief here.
Fur: Keep it short and sweet, with realistic colors. Simply say "ginger" or "white and black"
Eyes: Only realistic colors (save for BrushClan)
Markings: Only realistic markings (stripes, spots, scars, etc.)
Overall: Tell about the overall appearance of your character and how they come off as from looks alone.

MENTAL

Positive Traits: List at least four
Negative Traits: List at least four
Likes: List at least two
Dislikes: List at least two
Fears: List at least two
Ideals: What do they value? Honor, loyalty? List at least two.
Other: Clarify that which needs clarification, add what needs adding...sum the personality up, basically.

HISTORY

Family: List of relatives
History: Write about your cats' history--battles, relationships, etc. (Note: check out the events thread for battles/disasters relevant to your Clan)
