CliffClan spirited, energetic, arrogant
Clan Character:
The cats of CliffClan may only be defined as free spirits. They go where they please, do as they please, and only a very firm leader can keep them under control. As a result, the cats of CliffClan are the most unorganized Clan. They look down upon the other Clans (both literally and mentally) for their inability to fly, and do not hesitate to make their opinions known.
Naming:
CliffClan cats usually have the wilder, fiercer names. They enjoy using names involving birds, wind, and sharp things (i.e. thistle, thorn, etc.)
Territory:
Massive cliffs rise high above the ocean, dotted with outcroppings of rocks and the occasional ledge. CliffClan warriors hunt the sea birds that make their nests in the crevices of the cliffs, and spend most of their hunting time perched on rocks waiting for birds to come by. The cliffs plunge straight into the sea, and so a few experienced warriors will fish in the surf.
Prey:
Hunting Techniques:
- CliffClan warriors have mastered the technique of perching upon an outcropping of rock, wait for a seagull to come by, and launch themselves into the air after it.
- Experienced warriors are able to snatch fish up from the ocean as they fly by.
- A few very strong warriors have discovered the ability to dive straight into the ocean after a fish and leap back out within seconds. Only cats with very strong wings can do this.

BrushClan quiet, mischievous, stubborn
Clan Character:
Generations of sneaking through undergrowth have taught the cats of BrushClan to be quiet. They do not talk much, but when they do speak, they speak with a purpose. Their minds are stubborn as rocks and not easily swayed, so grudges are created and held for a long period of time. Within their Clan, a mischievous side arises; they enjoy playing pranks on one another and are surprisingly close as a Clan.
Naming:
BrushClan cats prefer names that are mellower and quieter. Being the observant cats they are, they usually stick very closely to a cat's appearance and attitude. A BrushClan cat's name is usually a very good indicator of his/her abilities, mindset, and appearance.
Territory:
The oak forest of BrushClan territory is unnaturally tangled and overgrown. There are very few patches of ground that are not covered with ivy, vines, bushes, and protruding roots.
Prey:
- Mice, moles, voles
- Squirrels, chipmunks
- Forest Birds
- Snakes (occasionally)
Hunting Techniques:
- Crouching silently in the thick undergrowth with eyes closed, waiting for a sound or scent to tell them a prey animal is nearby. They then open their eyes so they can see the animal and attack quickly, before their prey catches sight of their glow-in-the-dark eyes.
- Experienced warriors can open their eyes very briefly, catch sight of their quarry, and close them again at once. Then they attack without sight, using their other senses to finish the job.

WaveClan playful, relaxed, loyal
Clan Character:
WaveClan warriors can easily be compared to otters. Playful and friendly, most of them would just as soon splash around in the water all day than hunt or fight. When not playing they are very relaxed and easygoing, not easily angered and quick to agree with one another. As a result, few arguments arise within WaveClan, and they are perhaps the most loyal and close-knit Clan.
Naming:
WaveClan cats enjoy playful, bright names, especially ones connected with water, water animals, and cheerful creatures like squirrels and finches. They, like CliffClan, enjoy sort of odd names that don't necessarily have to do with a cat's appearance, but do not usually choose fierce or intimidating names.
Territory:
A short, sandy beach and a few dunes make up the entirety of the land portion of WaveClan's territory. Their camp lies here and they come here to sleep, but that is it; most of their time is spent in the sea. WaveClan had control of most of the sea, except for the ocean touching CliffClan's cliffs. This is where they hunt and play, sometimes resting on the several clusters of rocks jutting out of the surf.
Prey:
- Sea birds
- Turtles (sometimes)
- Fish
Hunting Techniques:
- The majority of WaveClan cats swim out into the ocean, climb up onto one of the many rocks, and wait for fish to swim by. Then they dive into the ocean, using their streamlined bodies and webbed paws to propel themselves towards the fish.
- Those warriors who actually like to be on land at times will crouch behind a dune or cactus and wait for rabbits or sea birds to come by, but not many WaveClan cats enjoy this type of hunting.
- Some WaveClan cats are able to catch fish as they swim, without the advantage of a dive, but only if they have very strong legs and paws.

GrassClan independent, adaptable, content
Clan Character:
Like the cheetahs of old, GrassClan cats are independent and perfectly comfortable with being alone and hunting alone. They are by far the most adaptable Clan, willing to try out new ideas and often content with just about any situation. They keep their own counsel and only share their ideas when a Clan meeting is being held, and as a result there are few arguments among them. Even so, they are not particularly close as a Clan, preferring to be alone or with a small group of friends or family.
Naming:
GrassClan cats focus on names that involve their beloved meadows. Any creature that lives on the field is fair game, as well as wind-related and stream-related names. They also enjoy the sky, so names involving clouds and types of storms are common in GrassClan.
Territory:
Open and flat, the coastal plains of GrassClan territory are covered in tall brown grass and dotted with rabbit burrows. Only a very small stand of trees, left over from the tangled forest of BrushClan, provide shelter in this territory.
Prey:
Hunting Techniques:
- Most GrassClan cats simply use their unnaturally long legs and tails to race after rabbits and birds. They stalk upon their prey for a short distance, but soon break cover and simply run.
- Some GrassClan warriors have built up their jumping muscles more than their running muscles, and they prefer to wait in the tall grass for a bird to break cover and fly by, then leap straight into the air and catch it between their forepaws.
- A few GrassClan cats have learned to climb trees (a hard feat for cats without retractable claws) and they leap from branch to branch to catch birds.
